  • Relatively easy way to get Disney+Universal tickets in one deal. For the Universal tickets it is worthwhile knowing that Universal now uses face recognition for park entry so once your face is recorded once (and associated with your ticket code) you never really need the ticket again. BUT this gave us a problem later as we hadn't recorded the tickets in the app to use for the Hogwarts Express.... we had to dig them out of emails. Best advice here is try and make sure that you have all your tickets fully recorded/entered into every app that you might need. A process that could be made a little clearer as it is confusing with all the different ticket types.

  • The lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful The tickets purchased were a fabulous value & worked perfectly for both Universal & Disney We were able to upload the Disney ticket onto Apple wallet but not Universal However once cleared through security & Customer services we were given a ticket that gained entry for the 2 weeks

  • All complete well recieved email with all downloadable tickets and when required any communication was replied to quickly. Just a prompt or my only issue id booked my tickets from the day I landed onwards. Id have been better booked my tickets from my first full day to be able to get a last day in the park the morning I was leaving. At point of booking I hadnt even considered this..This could be a small detailed added to booking to think about if you plan to go to park on day of arrival or not. But yes all great all straightforward. Thanks
