It would be better to see all my orders in the same account rather than having to log out and back in. It would be great if you offered split stay and ticket package. It would also be great if you included both Disney and universal photo passes in the Orlando ticket.

Tickets all processed as paid for. You could make the 'authentication' process a little easier. Provide step by step (and up to date) guides for adding the tickets into the relevant apps as this can be quite confusing given all the lightning/express/photo/memory-maker options it can be hard to get everything completed.

Great service apart from we booked a celebration cake and was led to believe after getting a reply to an email that was sent that the cake would be in our room for arrival. This was not. Got told to speak to the hotel reception and they knew nothing about it. After going back and fire we had to give up. So no cake for a little girls birthday.

Website is very easy to navigate, I did contact the customer service team to add additional items to my booking and they responded quick and helped resolve my query. Have booked again through attraction tickets for next year.
